MTB Coaching in Bielsko-Biała – Totalbikes Camps & Training

PZKol-licensed enduro and downhill coaching in the Beskids

MTB school Poland, Europe

About

Totalbikes provides enduro-focused MTB coaching in Bielsko-Biała, the gateway to the Silesian Beskids, alongside a programme of week-long bike camps at home and abroad. Training sessions are filmed and photographed so that you can see exactly what to work on after each ride.

Coaching is led by Wojtek “Diabeł” Koniuszewski, whom the website describes as a licensed PZKol instructor – the Polish Cycling Federation – and an experienced downhill and enduro racer. He is a multiple Polish downhill champion and a former four-time national team member in downhill and BMX.

The coaching suits riders who already enjoy trail riding and want to go faster and safer on steeper ground. Sessions cover body position, braking, cornering and line choice on real enduro terrain, and the use of video makes it easy to see your progress. Small group sizes mean plenty of individual attention, and the individual sessions give one or two riders a fully personalised programme. For a bigger commitment, the camps combine daily coaching with a week of riding in some of the best-known bike destinations in Europe and beyond.

MTB coaching in Bielsko-Biała: what they offer

  • Four-hour group enduro training for up to six riders on set dates
  • Two-and-a-half-hour individual sessions for one or two riders, booked by arrangement
  • Video and photo analysis of your riding
  • Week-long camps in Wisła and Szczyrk, plus trips to Leogang, Finale Ligure and Whistler
  • Downhill day camps and hire of flat pedals, protection and full-face helmets

The riding around Bielsko-Biała

  • Enduro Trails Bielsko-Biała – a network of purpose-built descents on the slopes above the city
  • Szczyrk Enduro Trails by Trek – lift-served singletrack at Szczyrk Mountain Resort
  • Wisła – forest trails and bike park riding in the upper Vistula valley

The Silesian Beskids have become one of Poland’s busiest mountain bike regions, with dedicated enduro networks, lift-served trails and plenty of natural singletrack within half an hour of each other. Training close to the city means less time in the car and more time on the bike, and it gives you local trails to keep practising on after your session.

When to ride

The riding season in the Beskids typically runs from late April to October. For 2026, Totalbikes lists group sessions in May and June, with camps through the summer months. Individual sessions are arranged directly with the instructor.

Spring sessions are a good way to sharpen skills before the main season, while early summer usually brings drier, faster trails. Autumn can be excellent too, with fewer crowds, although wet leaves and roots make the riding more demanding.

Getting to Bielsko-Biała

Katowice airport is about an hour and a quarter away by car, and Kraków airport is about the same via the S52 and S1. The S52 expressway also links the city with the A1 motorway and the Czech border. Bielsko-Biała also has direct trains from Katowice and Kraków, and local buses run up the valleys to Szczyrk and Wisła, so you can reach the trails without a car if needed.

Tips for your ride

  • Bring a full-face helmet and knee pads, or hire them from the organiser.
  • Book group dates early, as numbers are capped at six riders.
  • Check your brakes and tyres before you arrive – Beskid trails are steep and rooty.
  • Expect wet roots after rain and adjust your speed accordingly.
