About
Mount Snow, a Vail Resorts mountain in West Dover, runs Mount Snow Bike Park in southern Vermont. It offers lift-served riding on summer and fall weekends, with rentals at the base.
Lift access
The Canyon Express lift gives access to all of the mountain biking trails. Bikes go up on the bike haul until 5pm. A helmet is required to use the bike haul. Riders need a valid daily bike ticket, bike haul ticket or season bike pass.
Rentals
The bike shop at the Main Base Lodge rents bikes and protective gear, including helmets. Booking online in advance saves 20% on rental prices, and Epic Pass holders get extra savings. Staff can suggest beginner trails based on your experience.
Getting there
Parking at Mount Snow is free in summer. The resort also has scenic chairlift rides and other summer activities, which makes it an option for groups where not everyone rides.
Good to know
In summer 2026 the lift ran Friday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm, plus some holiday Mondays. The bike shop opens Thursday to Sunday. Check the Mount Snow website for current hours, ticket prices and passes before you travel.
