Lincoln Parish Park Bike Park – Flow Trails and Dual Slalom in Ruston, Louisiana
Gravity flow trails, dual slalom and classic singletrack in north Louisiana
About
Lincoln Parish Park in Ruston has long been known for one of the best cross-country trails in Louisiana. Lincoln Parish Park Bike Park opened in 2024 and added purpose-built gravity riding next to the singletrack.
Flow trails
Five downhill flow trails add up to about two miles and run from beginner to advanced. The downhill area drops about 100 feet over half a mile. Features include tabletop jumps, big berms, a large hip jump, a wooden flyover into a drop and two rock gardens.
The Waterfall Hub
All the downhill trails start from the Waterfall Hub, where water spills down the sides of the start area. A single climbing trail brings riders back to the top. The hub was built by Rogue Trails.
More riding
The park also has a dual slalom course and a skills course. The cross-country trail is about 10 miles long and works for both beginners and advanced riders. The park hosts local races, including the Shred the Pines series.
