Kopaonik Bike Park
Serbia's first bike park, high on the slopes of Kopaonik
About
Kopaonik Bike Park is in Serbia’s best-known mountain resort, and it was the first bike park of its kind in the country. It is run by Skijališta Srbije, the company that operates the Kopaonik ski area, and sits below Pančićev Vrh, the highest point of the massif at about 2,017 m.
Riders take their bikes up on the Pančićev Vrh chairlift, which has bike racks. From the top, three downhill trails with about 5 km of riding lead back down. One easy line suits beginners and children, and the other two are intermediate and difficult trails with berms, rollers, wooden bridges and jumps.
If you prefer pedalling, there are marked cross-country routes around Suvo Rudište and Pančićev Vrh. Bikes, including e-bikes, can be rented at the base of the chairlift.
The resort’s summer programme also includes guided hikes in Kopaonik National Park.
