Katashina Kogen MTB Park (かたしな高原MTBパーク) is a lift-served bike park at Katashina Kogen ski area in Gunma, in the mountains north of Tokyo.
Trails
The park has flow trails, forest trails, a jump line and a pump track, so there is something for every level.
Rental and lessons
Rental packages cost ¥3,900–11,000. On Sundays the park runs an MTB Entry Lesson for beginners, taught by staff with the Japan Mountain Bike Association’s MTB promoter (普及員) qualification.
Good to know
The 2026 season ran from 25 April to 8 November, at weekends and daily in summer.
