Mountain Bike Tours in Nepal – Himalayan Single Track

Himalayan Single Track (HST) runs Mountain Bike Tours in Nepal from its base in Thamel, Kathmandu. Founded by head guide Santosh Rai and Jenny, the company has guided riders from more than 40 countries on some of the highest and wildest singletrack in the world.

Every HST guide is MBLA, MIAS or PMBIA certified and locally trained. HST was the first company in Nepal to bring Mountain Bike Leader Award (MBLA) guide training to the country.

Multi-day enduro and MTB tours

The tours go deep into the Himalaya: Lower Mustang Enduro (10 days), Upper Mustang Enduro (11 days), Pikey Peak – Everest Enduro (11 days), the Annapurna Circuit by mountain bike or e-bike (14 days), a 14-day multi-adventure trip with biking and rafting, and a 22-day expedition to remote Upper Dolpo. Day rides and skills clinics

Short on time? HST runs day rides around the Kathmandu Valley and one-on-one skills clinics at Shivapuri.

Bike rental and workshop

HST rents Giant Trance X all-mountain bikes (US$45 per day) and Giant Talon hardtails (US$25 per day), and its Kathmandu workshop offers suspension servicing.
