About
Hakuba Iwatake MTB Park (白馬岩岳MTBパーク) is the summer bike park at Iwatake Mountain Resort in Hakuba, Nagano, with big views of the Northern Alps.
Trails
The signature trail is the Alps DH, a 6.9 km descent with 521 m of vertical drop. There are also the Kamikaze DH and Hitotoki DH trails and a cross-country course.
Prices and rental
A day pass costs ¥6,000, and full-suspension bike rental costs ¥9,000–12,000. Lessons are available on site.
Good to know
The 2026 season ran from 29 April to 8 November. Hakuba is about three hours from Tokyo by car or by train and bus.
