About
Evergreen Outdoor Center runs Mountain Bike Tours in Hakuba from its base at the foot of the Happo-one slopes. The guided rides pass rivers, forest trails and rice fields around the Hakuba valley, with the Northern Alps as a backdrop.
Tours
The MTB Fun Ride lasts two and a half hours (morning or afternoon) or a full day, and suits riders aged 6 and up. The MTB Downhill tour is a half day for experienced riders aged 10 and up, usually with two top-to-bottom runs at Iwatake or on natural singletrack in Hakuba’s eastern hills.
Private and multi-day tours
Private half-day and full-day tours (with lunch) and custom multi-day trips can be arranged on request.
What’s included
Tours include the bike, helmet, insurance and guide. Downhill tours add the Iwatake gondola fee. Bikes include Kona and Specialized hardtails and Specialized full-suspension bikes.
