Bikepark Brandnertal – Freeride, Enduro & Downhill Bike Park in Vorarlberg
12 freeride, enduro and downhill trails with gondola access – close to Switzerland and Germany
About
Bikepark Brandnertal in Vorarlberg is Austria’s westernmost bike park and Vorarlberg’s first, easy to reach from Switzerland and Germany – about 15 minutes from the A14 motorway. Freeride, enduro and downhill trails run from the Loischkopf above Bürserberg and the Tschengla plateau down towards Brand, served by the new Loischkopfbahn 10-seat gondola and the Dorfbahn and Panoramabahn in Brand.
There are 12 lines and trails – from the easy Tschengla Unchained flowline to freeride, enduro and singletrails and the difficult Tschack Norris downhill – plus a Dropzone, Airtime Zone, Whip Zone and Kids Zone. Two trails on the Loischkopf stay closed until 15 June every year to protect a capercaillie population. The park is a member of the Gravity Card.
The Bikeschool Brandnertal offers courses and private guiding with qualified bike park guides in small groups, and the Wallride Store at the Loischkopfbahn valley station rents bikes and sells gear. You can also ride the Mountaincart, and the Trail Taxi bus with a bike trailer runs from Bludenz station.
