Mountain Bike Lessons in Saint John – Be Rad Adventure Co.

Be Rad Adventure Co. is a Saint John company that calls itself New Brunswick’s mountain biking adventure company. It offers Mountain Bike Lessons in Saint John, along with tours, youth programs, races and festivals across the province.

Lessons and programs

Skills sessions and private lessons take place at Rockwood Park in Saint John. The Hop On program introduces kids aged 6 to 8 to riding, and youth skills camps run in summer. The team also guides tours that show visitors local trails, and runs the Super RAD race series and the SHE+ RAD women’s festival at Poley Bike Park.

Certified coaches

Be Rad’s instructors are certified through the Bike Instructor Certification Program (BICP) or Cycling Canada pathways. The team includes Level 1 and Level 2 instructors, and one instructor-trainer can certify new Level 1 coaches.

Programs use Rockwood Park, Poley Bike Park, the Minto trails, Woolastook Bike Park and Chelsea Park in Saint John.
