Altitude Rides – Heli-Bike, Enduro and e-MTB Tours in the Spanish Pyrenees

Altitude Rides is a mountain bike guiding company in the central Spanish Pyrenees, riding the valleys around Bielsa and the Sobrarbe region, between Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park and Posets-Maladeta Natural Park. The team are local riders and trail builders who guide on the trails they build and maintain – and, with their own helicopter pilots, they also offer heli-bike days that take you to the top of the Pyrenees for huge descents.

Riding with Altitude Rides

There is no fixed schedule: the guides choose the descents that are in the best condition on the day. Options include:

• Enduro Week and E-bike Week MTB holidays
• Three Days Full Gas – on an e-bike or on a normal bike
• Solo rides and private tours for individuals and groups
• Shuttles to the best descents
• Helibike routes – fly up by helicopter and ride down
• E-bike rental

The team

The team includes local guides from the Bielsa and Chistau valleys, a ski teacher, a bike mechanic and two UCI downhill World Cup technical delegates, together with experienced helicopter pilots. They also build and look after the Bielsa trails.
