About

Les Poules qui Roulent is a women-only mountain bike school founded in 2014 and based in the Laurentians. It runs Women’s Mountain Bike Clinics in Quebec for beginner to advanced riders, with a focus on confidence, step-by-step progress and a relaxed, inclusive group feel.

Programs

The school offers multi-week courses, technical clinics, weekly guided rides in summer, and trips and retreats such as a guided weekend in Vallée Bras-du-Nord. Its Viva MTB Girls academy runs in several regions, and there are gravel programs, a summer camp and private or corporate events too.

Where it rides

Clinics are held in Gatineau, Mont-Tremblant and Rigaud. Viva programs run in Mont-Tremblant, the Pays-d’en-Haut, Oka, Rigaud, Shawinigan, Saguenay and Sutton, so riders across much of southern Quebec can join a group close to home. Programs cover beginner to advanced levels.

Good to know

Programs run from late spring to the start of November. Check the online calendar for dates and register on the website, or contact the team by email or phone. Courses are taught in French. Check each program page for level and gear details.
