Icycle Sports is a bike shop on the Whitehorse waterfront with a second location in Carcross. It is a good place to start if you need Mountain Bike Rentals in Whitehorse, whether you plan to ride the town’s singletrack, head to Carcross or spend a day at Mount Sima.
Rental fleet
In summer the shop rents e-mountain bikes, hardtails and full-suspension mountain bikes. In winter the fleet switches to fat bikes and e-fat bikes for snow riding. Mount Sima says its bike park rentals come from the Icycle Sports fleet.
Sales and repairs
Icycle Sports also sells bikes and runs a repair shop, which is handy if your own bike needs work after a flight or a long drive north.
Where to ride
Whitehorse has a large network of trails close to town, and Carcross to the south is known for its mountain trails. The lift-served bike park at Mount Sima is about 15 minutes from downtown.
Good to know
