SilverStar Mountain Resort runs SilverStar Bike Park above Vernon in the North Okanagan. A high-speed chairlift carries riders to the top of a network of about 54 trails, with around 550 m of net descent.
Trails for every level
The trail mix is broad. There are 16 easy, 20 intermediate, 11 difficult and 7 extra difficult trails. Beginners can stick to wide flow lines, while experienced riders can try steep, technical downhill runs. The park suits families as well as strong downhill riders.
Cross-country riding
SilverStar is not only about gravity. The mountain also connects to a long cross-country network, including the roughly 32 km Beowulf loop. That makes it a good base for trail riders who prefer to pedal.
Good to know
The 2026 bike park season opened on June 19 and runs through the summer. The resort village has places to stay and eat right at the lifts. Lift tickets, summer passes, lessons and rentals are sold through the SilverStar website. Check the site for current hours, prices and trail status before you go. Vernon is the closest town for supplies and bike shops.
