Florida Mountain Bike Guides is a small Central Florida outfit that runs Guided Mountain Bike Tours near Orlando. Tours meet at the Markham Woods trails along the Seminole Wekiva Trail in Lake Mary.
The ride
Tours last about two hours, and the guide picks trails to suit your skill level. Along the way the guide points out obstacles, shares local stories and stops for water and rest. At the end you are escorted back to the start.
Bikes
Rental bikes are Specialized Stumpjumper full-suspension mountain bikes, and an electric bike option is also available. You get a quick mechanical walkthrough before setting off. A helmet is included. If you bring your own bike, the guide will give it a check first.

Lead guide Dustin has more than five years of riding experience on Central Florida’s trails and enjoys punchy climbs and the occasional jump line.
Good to know
