Slaughter Trail Guides has been guiding riders around the Ozarks since 2016. The team offers Guided Mountain Bike Tours in Northwest Arkansas for newer riders through to advanced riders.
Tours
There are four main tours. The North Tour rides the Bentonville trails. The South Tour covers Fayetteville. The Eureka Springs Tour and the Buffalo Tour head further east into the hills. Tours run as half days or full days. They are pitched at everyone from newcomers to advanced riders, so tell the team about your experience when you ask.
Shuttles
The company also runs a shuttle for downhill riders at the Lake Leatherwood Gravity Project in Eureka Springs, using its own bike trailers. This saves the climb so you can focus on the descents. It is a good option if you want to ride the steep gravity trails at Lake Leatherwood City Park several times in one day.
Events
The same crew is behind regional races such as the Southern Enduro Tour, which lists venues across Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma for 2026.
